Ashley Collicutt aka
Ashley Collicutt aka "AC"
Ashley is the owner and operator of The WellHouse Fitness studio. Growing up, she was involved in several competitive sports and activities. Many injuries and surgeries later, she realized that she wasn't taking good care of her body or her health. Eventually, she was introduced to Pilates as a part of her therapy and recovery, which was life changing.

After a great career in the corporate world, AC made a major life change by enrolling in one of the world's first and best Pilates comprehensive certification programs. After nearly 2 years and close to 800 hours of apprenticeship, she officially became a Power Pilates certified instructor. Since then she has had the pleasure to have worked with some of the industry's best, including the great Bob Liekens - a master Pilates instructor and part of the original developer of the first teacher training program. It's been 5 years since she began her life changing journey and she couldn't be happier to offer her passion to the Greensboro community.

Below is her personal statement:

“I have never met a stranger and have an ability to connect with all people. This is all about working for others and helping people find their best self. I strive to treat people how they would want to feel, and I how I would want to feel - which is happy, healthy, confident, and to shine bright like a diamond.”

“Fitness and physical activity is so personal. I have always said that we are ALL getting older, we just want to look good and feel good while we're doing it!”

“I couldn't be happier to offer a boutique fitness studio to the Greensboro community that provides excellent forms of fitness and movement lead by highly trained and certified instructors. All of our instructors bring and provide a different element to this studio. Life is not a one size fits all, so neither is The WellHouse.”

“Thank you so much for your time and I can't wait to have you with us, sweating the class away.” -AC
Tiffany Matthews
Tiffany Matthews
I started my Pilates journey in 2011. Throughout the years, I enjoyed the challenge, strength, stretch, and flow Power Pilates classes had to offer. In 2015, I took my practice to the next level and became Power Pilates certified to teach Mat and Equipment. Just as I dove into teaching, I found out some exciting news, I was going to become a mother! I was physically able to teach and take classes until about 21 weeks pregnant before deciding to hit the pause button. On October 13th, 2016, we welcomed Ethan into the world. I have been able to embark on this incredible journey into parenthood, with my awesome, patient, supportive, and loving husband, Nick. In addition to being a wife and a mother, I enjoy writing on my blog - Tiffany Matthews Interiors, flipping and designing homes, volunteering at church, and exercising. It's so exciting to press play and jump right back into teaching and helping others experience the joy and overall health benefits Pilates has to offer.

Theresea Hunter
Theresa has always been physically active by participating in various sports throughout school including volleyball, basketball, track, and cross country. To this day, she runs and practices yoga regularly. She is a Yoga Alliance RYT200 instructor who trained at Ganesha’s Yoga and Wellness. Theresa enjoys a Vinyasa flow style of yoga where you are encouraged to be present and to become more self-accepting. She instructs a light, yet grounded class and creates a safe space to grow in your practice. After all, yoga is a journey of your individual practice, not a destination.
In her spare time, she enjoys being with her husband and 6-month old daughter, while continuing to settle in their new home in Burlington, NC.
